We run every apartment ourselves, with our own team, our own cleaning staff and our own software. The numbers below are counted live from our own records.

Three ways an apartment joins us
Each apartment has its own written contract, in one of three forms.
Managed
The owner keeps the apartment. We run it, and our fee depends on how it performs.
Leased
We rent the apartment from its owner for a fixed rent and run it ourselves.
Owned
Apartments that the company itself holds and operates.
How we look after what is entrusted to us
No result is promised on this page. This is how we work.
- Every apartment has a written contract that sets out who is responsible for what.
- Each month the owner receives a statement in their own language.
- Every figure on a statement can be traced to the booking records behind it.
- Payments go by bank transfer on a fixed monthly cycle.
- Each partner sees only their own information, in a private portal.

After a first conversation, and under a non-disclosure agreement, we can share:
- Monthly results per apartment
- Occupancy history
- Owner contracts
- A demonstration of Hercules OS
