Terms of booking
These terms apply to bookings made directly with Hercules Stays through this site.

Requests and confirmation
Sending a request does not create a booking. A booking exists once we confirm it in writing and, where asked, the deposit is paid.
Prices
Prices are per night in euros for the whole apartment, plus a cleaning fee where shown. The price in our confirmation is the price you pay. Tourist tax, where it applies, is paid locally.
Payment and cancellation
Payment terms and the cancellation policy for your dates are stated in the confirmation, before you pay anything.
During the stay
Check-in and check-out times, the maximum number of guests and the house rules on the apartment page are part of the booking. Guests are registered with the authorities as Moroccan law requires.
Damage and liability
Please tell us about any damage or problem straight away so we can fix it. We are responsible for what we promise in the listing; we are not responsible for interruptions outside our control, such as city-wide water or power cuts.
Law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. We always try to solve a problem with you directly first.
